I present you a new recipe: the “Unsofted chicken”. I like the name, although I am not able to justify it. To cook the unsofted chicken you need:
- 2 or 3 carrots
- 1 big tomato
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 chicken breasts
- grated cheese (you choose how much 😉 )
- a glass of white wine
- white pepper, oregano, salt, olive oil
Heat up a pan with “enough” olive oil. Chop the carrots, the tomatoes, the garlic cloves and the mushrooms. Cook all of this on high heat for about 10 minutes. Add the juice of the lemon, the white wine, the pepper, the oregano and the salt. Let it cook at medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile chop the chicken in dices and wait until the carrots are not crunchy anymore to add the chicken into the mixture. Let the chicken cook for about 20 minutes (keep on stirring from time to time). You can now serve the chicken and add as much cheese as you want to it. Enjoy it and give me feedback.
